The town center is about a minute’s walk away, while the house’s sheltered location ensures pleasant tranquility. The apartment is on the ground floor.

The living area is particularly spacious and forms the heart of the apartment. A large smart TV and a comfortable seating area with a high-quality sofa bed ensure a high level of living comfort. The living room is connected to the kitchen via a practical serving hatch. The kitchen and living area face the garden side and benefit from the southern location with plenty of daylight.

An additional comfort is the separate guest WC, which is independent of the bathroom. This is a clear advantage, especially when occupied by several people or when using the sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is complemented by a small balcony on the sunny side, which invites you to linger outdoors for a short while.

Haus zur Möwe has a large garden with a brick barbecue, which is available to guests. The garden and pool area in the main house “Zum Seehund” is about a 4–5 minute walk away and can also be used.
